Corporate prayers a lot of the times seem fake to me. It’s hard to pray meaningfully when you are afraid of what others may think of you.
If it seems fake, then we as a Body need to keep praying until corporate prayer seems Normal. The answer is to Pray MORE!
In our church, New City Fellowship PCA, Every week – we have quite a large church-we divide up into groups of 5 or so people, link arms, and pray for one topic that one of our Elders gives us from the pulpit. It is fantastic! It brings people together so quickly. It is a great tradition!
